Park West Developers file suit

A lawsuit has been filed by Park West Developers related to Parcel 12B located along Park West Boulevard and The Gates right-of-way. They have named as defendants the Town of Mount Pleasant and individual Town Council members. This suit appears to focus on the developer’s basic claim that council approval is not needed for zoning changes.
